Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, and produce viral UGC-style video ads and promotional content tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Harness generative AI tools to generate custom synthetic voices, digital avatars, unique imagery, voiceovers, and cinematic video scenes.
- Edit short-form video assets featuring high-retention hooks, dynamic captions, trending audio overlays, and fast-paced visual transitions.
- Design polished app store assets, feature graphics, high-converting thumbnail covers, and promotional screenshots for app store optimization (ASO).
- Analyze content retention curves, watch-time analytics, and viral creative trends across competitor mobile apps and social channels.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience with a proven portfolio of short-form mobile app/game ad creatives.
- Hands-on expertise using generative AI workflows (AI voice synthesis, image-to-video generators, character creation tools).
- Strong grasp of direct-response video marketing principles, scroll-stopping hooks, and audience engagement metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to create graphic design assets for social media and app stores.
