Key Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and maintain scalable software services using modern programming languages.
- Write clean, readable, and highly maintainable code in accordance with software engineering principles.
- Actively participate in peer code reviews to maintain system quality and team technical standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Engage in system design conversations, architectural discussions, and feature planning meetings.
Experience & Qualifications
- Educational background or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in at least one core backend language: Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with version control systems and workflows utilizing Git.
- Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and CI/CD/DevOps workflows.
- Familiarity with debugging, system metrics, and unit/integration testing frameworks.
