Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions using Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- Build, optimize, and deploy Generative AI applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and LLM-based autonomous agents.
- Orchestrate complex RAG workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and Haystack alongside vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, and Weaviate.
- Execute comprehensive Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Implement workflow automation pipelines utilizing modern AI platforms like n8n and Make.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional software development, DevOps, and business teams to deploy production-ready AI models.
- Facilitate continuous knowledge transfer and technical mentorship across software engineering and data science teams.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4 to 5+ years of hands-on professional experience developing and deploying data science and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI frameworks.
- Strong collaborative mindset with proven ability to interface effectively with software engineers, DevOps specialists, and executive stakeholders.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and core data science toolkits.
- Strong expertise in RAG orchestration tools (LangChain, Haystack) and Vector DBs/Search tools (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Solid foundation in SQL/NoSQL database management and data manipulation techniques.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools including Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Familiarity with API development, AI model deployment strategies, containerization, and cloud platforms.
