Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer deployment journey for ProcessOS, transforming natural language business process descriptions into executable BPMN workflows.
- Architect, configure, and scale Camunda clusters, Java services, and React user interfaces across client environments.
- Write custom AI agents, prompt engineering pipelines, and integration skills against legacy enterprise APIs.
- Identify bugs and product gaps in ProcessOS during deployment and directly write fixes/features to feed back into core platform development.
- Establish metrics dashboards and active improvement loops to demonstrate measurable workflow efficiency gains for enterprise customers within 90 days.
- Train client engineering and business teams to ensure seamless handoff and long-term autonomy.
Experience & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience shipping and operating complex software in large enterprise environments (preferably regulated industries like finance or healthcare).
- Deep technical capability across distributed systems, Java microservices, React interfaces, and BPMN process engine architectures.
- Demonstrated production experience with Agentic AI, including context window management, prompt engineering, agent testing, and AI integrations.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to interface between software engineers, system architects, and business leads.
Technical Skills Required
- Core Development: Java, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture.
- AI & Orchestration: Agentic AI, ProcessOS, BPMN workflow design, Prompt Engineering, LLM Integration.
- Infrastructure & Ops: Camunda cluster deployment, distributed systems debugging, fault-tolerance optimization.
