Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous code reviews of AI-generated solutions to evaluate correctness, computational complexity, security vulnerabilities, and adherence to software specifications.
- Analyze complex software engineering challenges to validate whether model-produced outputs satisfy practical, real-world execution requirements.
- Debug code snippets, reproduce subtle edge-case errors, and verify functional fixes across multiple runtime environments.
- Assess model reasoning paths, technical documentation, and explanatory text for technical accuracy and clarity.
- Design, build, and maintain comprehensive benchmarking datasets, coding tasks, and automated grading rubrics for evaluating advanced AI capabilities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a matching technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional software development experience in production environments.
- Proven experience conducting detailed code reviews, identifying structural failure modes, and debugging non-trivial logic errors.
- Deep foundational knowledge of data structures, core algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Self-driven problem solver with exceptional technical judgment and high attention to detail.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in at least one primary programming language: Python, Java, C/C++, Go, Swift, PHP, or SQL.
- Deep familiarity with unit testing frameworks, continuous integration (CI) workflows, and modern debugging utilities.
- Experience with Git version control systems and multi-platform developer tooling.
- Foundational understanding of AI prompt evaluation, Large Language Model (LLM) behaviors, or coding benchmarks is highly desirable.
