Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute holistic SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies aligned with core business objectives and search engine algorithms.
- Conduct extensive keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent mapping, and topical authority modeling.
- Build topical content clusters, internal linking architectures, and content strategies focused on Google's E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles.
- Partner directly with content creators and software developers to execute technical SEO audits, schema markups, site speed enhancements, and indexing optimizations.
- Leverage modern AI applications to optimize research, content creation pipelines, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor organic performance using tracking tools and compile comprehensive monthly reports featuring actionable growth recommendations.
- Establish scalable SEO frameworks, quality benchmarks, and team best practices across all digital properties.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of verified, hands-on professional SEO experience with a track record of driving organic traffic growth.
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Demonstrated experience constructing topical authority frameworks and content clusters.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work alongside content, development, design, and marketing teams.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and professional English communication capabilities.
Technical Skills Required
Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
SEO & Audit Suites: Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
Modern SEO Concepts: Integration of structured JSON-LD schema, technical site performance tuning, and AI-driven search engine adaptation.
AI Workflows: Hands-on experience with modern AI-powered content optimization tools and workflow automation platforms.
