Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor premises and conduct foot or vehicle patrols across client sites to maintain order and security.
- Enforce client regulations and site directives regarding personnel, visitors, and restricted property access.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance networks, access control systems, and security reporting software.
- Provide high-level customer service, guidance, and assistance to client employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Maintain a calm, professional, and vigilant presence to resolve potential security or safety concerns promptly.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional security experience (military or law enforcement background accepted as an equivalent substitute).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Active Connecticut State Guard Card (Guard Certification).
- Active Connecticut Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle driving history and reliable transportation.
- Calm, polite, self-motivated, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
Technical Skills Required
- Operational proficiency with CCTV surveillance platforms and digital camera monitoring systems.
- Fundamental computer literacy for daily incident logging, visitor badging, and administrative reporting.
- Familiarity with digital access control systems and automated security loggers.
