Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging high-caliber executive support and administrative professionals across multiple channels.
- Managing the complete candidate recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach and interviewing to offer negotiation.
- Partnering closely with Account Directors to align candidate profiles with client requirements and hiring goals.
- Building strong, candid candidate relationships through tailored interview coaching, career guidance, and constructive feedback.
- Meeting key recruitment metrics and performance indicators in a fast-paced agency environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, or staffing agency operations.
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and navigating complex hiring processes.
- Strong candidate relationship-building capabilities with a consultative communication style.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Advanced candidate sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social networks.
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and digital collaboration tools.
- Basic understanding of employment verification systems including E-Verify.
