Key Responsibilities
- Lead integrated marketing strategies for priority programs, products, platforms, and services across Care & Support, Mission Engagement, Medical, and Scientific Research portfolios.
- Develop audience positioning, channel plans, creative briefs, launch strategies, and optimization tactics to achieve measurable adoption, retention, and engagement goals.
- Act as a player-coach supervisor, directly managing and developing direct report(s) while remaining personally involved in producing deliverables, drafting copy, and pulling campaign analytics.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal business owners, channel teams, and external agencies to align creative development, timeline execution, and campaign sequencing.
- Translate complex clinical, scientific, and technical subject matter into clear, accessible communications tailored to professional, provider, partner, and public audiences.
- Proactively define campaign KPIs, evaluate performance data, and adjust live campaigns to maximize stewardship and return on investment.
- Advance organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) commitments to reduce health inequities across underrepresented and underserved communities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Deep experience establishing strategic marketing frameworks, brand positioning, and integrated multi-channel execution plans within complex or matrixed organizations.
- Proven track record in a player-coach capacity with direct management experience coaching, developing, and delegating to junior marketing talent.
- Strong background translating scientific, medical, clinical, or technical subject matter into clear marketing collateral.
- Demonstrated capability in end-to-end project management, stakeholder alignment, and managing agency/vendor relationships without direct divisional authority.
- Experience scoping pragmatically within non-profit budgets and compliance environments while maintaining high innovation and performance standards.
Technical Skills Required
- Integrated marketing strategy, campaign orchestration, and omni-channel messaging execution.
- Data analysis, performance KPI tracking, reporting, and marketing analytics tools.
- Strategic copywriting, content editing, and foundational visual design review capabilities.
- Creative brief development, agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.
