Key Responsibilities
Administer physical therapy interventions and treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Deliver high-quality patient care within a rehabilitation setting, adhering to individualized treatment plans and facility protocols.
Document patient progress, responses to therapy, and clinical data accurately and timely in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Maintain a standard schedule of 40 hours per week, executing 8-hour day shifts efficiently over a 13-week contract duration.
Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team, patients, and families to optimize functional outcomes.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), preferably within a rehabilitation or acute care facility.
Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Ohio.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptive skills necessary for executing a short-term travel assignment.
Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in physical therapy modalities, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation techniques.
Competence in utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for clinical charting and documentation.
Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards within a therapeutic rehab environment.
