Key Responsibilities
Link senior management with the maintenance team, serving as the primary channel for operational communication.
Plan, execute, and supervise all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing works for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Develop, implement, and audit preventive and corrective maintenance procedures and schedules.
Allocate workflows, manage daily work orders, and directly supervise the on-site maintenance crew.
Oversee budget adherence, monitor material expenses, and manage inventory levels for critical spare parts and equipment.
Foster and coordinate relationships with external contractors, service providers, and vendors to safeguard company interests.
Maintain rigorous maintenance logs, generate administrative activity reports, and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing MEP maintenance operations within the real estate or construction sector.
Demonstrated experience in supervising technical teams and executing complex facilities maintenance plans.
Proven track record of handling administrative responsibilities including budgeting, reporting, and resource planning.
Bachelor's degree (BSc/BE) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Technical Skills Required
Electrical Low-Tension (LT) and High-Tension (HT) power distribution systems.
Commercial plumbing and advanced Air Conditioning (AC/HVAC) systems.
Solar energy installations, power generators, and auxiliary machinery maintenance.
CCTV surveillance networks and PABX Exchange systems.
Development of comprehensive MEP inspection checklists and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
