Key Responsibilities


Ticket Management: Manage and track software tickets in Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation of systemic issues.


Agile Framework Support: Support cross-functional agile teams operating under Scrum and Kanban frameworks by maintaining smooth, unhindered operational workflows.


Data Visualization: Configure custom Jira dashboards and real-time reports to deliver clear, actionable data to key project stakeholders.


Workflow Optimization: Perform basic workflow configuration to adapt Jira environments to evolving data annotation and project tracking requirements.


Cross-Functional Sync: Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes.


Process Documentation: Communicate effectively to document technical processes and facilitate seamless global team alignment.



Experience & Qualifications


Platform Experience: Proven experience using Jira for issue tracking, asset management, and ticket lifecycle administration within agile environments.


Configuration Literacy: Practical proficiency in configuring Jira workflows, custom dashboards, permissions, and basic reporting capabilities.


Agile Frameworks: Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks and their direct application in large-scale software project management.


Remote Independence: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with distributed global teams.


Communication Matrix: Strong written and verbal communication skills with explicit attention to detail in technical documentation.


Technical Skills Required


  • Advanced Jira Software and Jira Service Management administration.
  • Proficiency in creating custom fields, screens, and basic workflow transitions.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (Burndown charts, Velocity charts, Cumulative Flow diagrams).
  • Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and distributed project tracking tracking systems.
