Focused on modern digital scaling, PHI Consulting is establishing a centralized, shared AI engineering function designed to embed technical talent directly within operating units to architect the automation backbone for its newest commercial ventures.
Key Responsibilities
Embed closely with multi-functional operational teams across ventures to analyze end-to-end business workflows and isolate high-leverage automation opportunities.
Design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI systems, agentic pipelines, LLM-powered analysis mechanisms, and intelligent scoring systems.
Integrate large language models into existing enterprise ecosystems, including CRMs, relational databases, Google Workspace, and external third-party APIs.
Automate high-volume operational workflows from ingestion to output stage, ensuring system stability through proactive logging and monitoring.
Rapidly prototype, document, and iterate internal AI toolings under a greenfield mandate to support corporate growth.
Experience & Qualifications
0–2 years of professional experience; highly motivated fresh graduates with matching project portfolios are strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated proof of building functional tools, including side projects, automation workflows, data scrapers, bots, or agentic programs.
Clear, concise written and spoken communication skills in English to coordinate with internal leadership.
Strong engineering mindset with a distinctive bias to ship code, troubleshoot production breaks, and iterate systems independently.
Technical Skills Required
Strong working knowledge of Python programming and comfort consuming and integrating complex REST APIs.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (such as OpenAI and Claude) and orchestration platforms (n8n, Make) or frameworks (LangChain).
Familiarity with web scraping and browser automation utilities (Playwright, Selenium) is highly preferred.
Knowledge of vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) structures, and advanced prompt engineering is an asset.
