Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership: Welcome retail guests, deliver exceptional customer service, and build long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth individuals, specifically managing Very Important Clients (VICs) and VVICs.
CRM Data Optimization: Execute personalized outreach campaigns using integrated clienteling systems, capturing comprehensive qualitative client preferences to achieve specific CRM penetration targets.
Omnichannel Business Growth: Leverage modern omnichannel sales networks, virtual styling pipelines, and digital inventory modules to accelerate store performance and reach individual KPI goals.
Retail Operations Support: Maintain an impeccable store front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) luxury environment, complying with strict brand grooming guidelines and participating in periodic inventory counts.
Commercial Campaign Participation: Collaborate with Store Managers (SM) and Assistant Store Managers (ASM) during localized retail marketing events, pop-up exhibitions, and mandatory brand training sessions.
After-Sales Service Governance: Oversee high-touch after-sales requests, product repair cycles, and courier coordination to guarantee seamless premium customer satisfaction.
Experience & Qualifications
Luxury Retail Experience: Proven history working as a Retail Stylist, Fashion Consultant, or Luxury Client Advisor, preferably within high-end ready-to-wear, leather goods, or luxury accessories.
Clienteling Management Focus: Solid experience building dedicated lookbooks, navigating complex CRM platforms, and organizing personalized VIP retail experiences.
KPI Matrix Understanding: Deep comprehension of baseline luxury retail key performance indicators, including average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and client acquisition rates.
Interpersonal Capabilities: Outstanding conversational fluency and interpersonal elegance suitable for communicating with an affluent international clientele in Dubai.
Temporary Agility: Ability to adapt swiftly to changing store traffic demands, retail operational schedules, and fast-paced commercial peak seasons.
Technical Skills Required
Functional familiarity navigating retail CRM databases and centralized customer relationship software (such as Salesforce, SAP Retail, or equivalent internal clienteling modules).
Experience utilizing modern omnichannel point-of-sale (POS) terminals, digital inventory tracking arrays, and virtual storefront platforms.
Proficiency with modern enterprise communication platforms (such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom) for completing specialized distant learning modules.
Deep knowledge of modern luxury textiles, leather finishing types, haute couture terminology, and contemporary fashion trend forecasting.
