Key Responsibilities


Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a strategic human capital partner to the Commercial Leadership Team, translating complex commercial targets into practical people strategies and talent solutions.


Leadership & Trust Advisory: Serve as a highly visible, trusted advisor to senior executives, offering objective, data-driven counsel on operational leadership, organizational design, and team restructuring.


Talent Readiness & Planning: Drive full-cycle performance management architectures, succession planning models, and capability-building programs to ensure optimal workforce readiness.


Compliance & Employee Relations: Supervise strict governance pipelines and investigate workplace friction points with high critical thinking, ensuring absolute compliance with corporate ethics and regional labor guidelines.


Culture & Engagement Ownership: Champion a values-driven high-performance culture, leading employee engagement tracking initiatives and implementing internal corporate change programs.


Operational Execution Excellence: Ensure disciplined, structured delivery of foundational HR procedures, workforce metrics analysis, and operational reporting within a cross-functional, global matrix environment.



Experience & Qualifications


Pharmaceutical or Matrix HR Background: Proven corporate history operating as an HR Business Partner, People Experience Manager, or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or complex multinational matrix sectors.


Stakeholder Influence Competency: Demonstrated capability to interface with, challenge, and align senior commercial leaders through executive credibility, clear communication, and professional judgment.


Employee Relations Expertise: Deep experience handling internal compliance frameworks, evaluating employee grievances, and implementing structured corporate governance.


Change Management Adaptability: Proven history steering teams through workforce optimization, localized corporate change initiatives, or structured performance improvement cycles.



Technical Skills Required


  • Functional mastery navigating global enterprise Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using data-logging software (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for workforce analytics, turnover tracking, and dashboard charting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate compliance protocols, auditing frameworks, and international labor standards.
  • Experience utilizing cloud-based collaborative suites and cross-functional performance-tracking applications.
