They're working with both B2B and B2C channels, using a multi-channel marketing strategy to boost brand visibility and pull in leads.

You’ll join a team that’s all about creativity in content, hosting events, and digging into market trends, they value fresh ideas and sharp analysis.



Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management: Plan and roll out big-picture campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including yearly marketing strategies and seasonal launches.


Digital Ecosystem Oversight: Take charge of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), schedule content that grabs attention, and manage email marketing efforts.


Content & Branding: Create top-notch marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and presentations, always in line with brand guidelines.


Performance Analytics: Track and report website traffic, lead generation, and social media stats to get the most out of your ads.


Market Intelligence: Dive deep into market research to spot customer needs, monitor competitors, and catch new trends.


Event Coordination: Run logistics and execution for trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events, and report on performance after each event.


Stakeholder Liaison: Work with sales teams, graphic designers, and outside ad agencies to make sure projects get done on time and on budget.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management.


Sector Expertise: Experience in trading, distribution, retail, or B2B is a big plus.


Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the UAE market gives you a strong edge.


Project Management: Confident handling multiple projects at once, covering everything from vendor quotes to the final campaign launch.



Technical Skills Required


Advanced skills managing social media and content across major platforms.


Proficient with SEO and website content management systems.


Strong copywriting for newsletters, ads, and web content.


Good understanding of digital advertising (PPC/Display) and email marketing software.


Experience with graphic design coordination and production processes.
