Key Responsibilities
Meta Campaign Management: Execute, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram networks using Meta Ads Manager.
Creative Asset Coordination: Drive multi-stakeholder content workflows, coordinating between graphic designers, video editors, and external brand collaborators to ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
Influencer Portfolio Mapping: Manage communication and asset pipelines for collaborative video projects, including user-generated content (UGC), partner content, and influencer networks.
Quality Assurance Governance: Review and proof ad materials, copy blocks, and target tracking links prior to launch to guarantee brand consistency and zero campaign disruption.
Operational AI Deployment: Systematically integrate and utilize AI-powered design tools and automated asset frameworks to accelerate content production cycles and streamline operations.
Marketing Analytics Logging: Track baseline performance indicators, monitor daily expenditure metrics, and synthesize raw campaign data into actionable performance trackers for senior leadership.
Experience & Qualifications
Academic Pedigree: Currently enrolled in the third or final year of a bachelor's program at a top-tier, reputable university, maintaining a strict CGPA of 3.8 or above.
Educational Background: An O and A-Level academic history is highly preferred to align closely with the core demographic, user experiences, and educational timelines of the platform's user base.
Campaign Workflow Familiarity: A solid conceptual understanding of modern digital marketing funnels, customer acquisition metrics, and social media media-buying architectures.
Multi-Stakeholder Coordination: Exceptional project coordination skills with a verified ability to manage moving creative deadlines, structure clear handovers, and prioritize tasks.
Technical Skills Required
