Key Responsibilities


Strategic HR Alignment: Formulate, develop, and deploy comprehensive human resource strategies that align directly with Chai O Clock’s operational benchmarks and expanding business objectives.


Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Direct full-funnel recruitment, structural screening, assessment pipelines, and welcoming onboarding workflows for both retail management and restaurant frontline operations.


Performance Architecture: Manage and optimize performance appraisal systems, structural KPI monitoring, and specialized employee development programs to ensure high standards of hospitality service.


Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the core advisory authority on internal employee relations, driving fair conflict resolution, progressive disciplinary procedures, and a respectful workplace culture.


Regulatory Compliance & Policy: Oversee absolute compliance with regional and national labor frameworks while maintaining and updating internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).


HR Data & Metrics Governance: Systematically maintain secure personnel records, track workforce data analytics, and generate reports covering turnover rates, headcount stability, and acquisition costs.


Compensation & Payroll Synchronization: Coordinate the structural allocation of employee compensation models, benefits packages, and attendance logs in tight synchronization with the corporate finance division.



Experience & Qualifications


Hospitality or Retail HR Pedigree: Proven professional history acting as an HR Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior People Specialist, with direct experience within the hospitality, restaurant (QSR/Fine Dining), or high-growth retail industries preferred.


Employee Relations Mastery: Strong background in navigating cross-functional employee dynamics, handling localized grievance panels, and developing staff retention initiatives.


Strategic Resource Management: Demonstrated experience implementing performance metrics, structured training frameworks, and workforce stability strategies for distributed site teams.


Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication and leadership skills, showing a clear capability to build bridges across restaurant site workers and senior corporate management.



Technical Skills Required


  • Operational familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and specialized time-and-attendance tracking applications.
  • Mastery of standard data tracking tools (such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) for logging workforce data analytics, payroll files, and organizational charting.
  • Experience with cloud-based Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and regional job matching portals to scale candidate pipelines.
  • Thorough functional comprehension of Pakistani Labor Laws, wage regulations, and workplace safety compliance parameters.
