Key Responsibilities
Product Imagery Creation: Design, composite, and polish high-fidelity marketing visuals, interface mockups, and application screens that show the software platform in its best aesthetic light.
Web Architecture Design: Ideate, structure, and refine clean, fast-loading, and responsive web pages that elevate online brand discovery and conversions.
Brand Fidelity Control: Maintain an exceptionally high visual bar across all forward-facing digital assets, including website components, social campaign kits, and product launch collateral.
Cross-Functional Design Synergy: Collaborate closely with the lead core designer and global growth marketing teams to execute rapid assets under a fast-moving software launch timeline.
Pure Hand-Crafted Asset Production: Execute full-funnel pixel manipulation, precise structural layouts, and complex composting pipelines entirely by hand, completely bypassing generative automations.
Experience & Qualifications
Authentic Creative Portfolio: Presentation of a strong, verified design portfolio showcasing real, self-designed web layouts, product mockups, and marketing imagery—strictly free of generative AI frameworks.
Web Design Foundations: A sharp, intuitive eye for cross-platform layouts, structural typography hierarchies, clean negative spacing, and responsive design systems.
Startup Velocity Adaptation: Comfortable executing tasks within a high-velocity, fast-paced tech startup environment, carrying a creative brief from concept to final production independently.
Structural Accountability: Strong sense of visual ownership and attention to detail, maintaining design system guidelines across highly technical construction-software concepts.
Technical Skills Required
- Expert-level mastery across the full Adobe Photoshop toolkit, including advanced layer masking, technical compositing, image retouching, and detailed layout production.
- Deep proficiency with specialized user interface and vector design software ecosystems, specifically within Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid conceptual knowledge of standard responsive web frameworks, grid alignments, and formatting rules optimized for modern web browsers.
- Familiarity with remote, asynchronous development coordination platforms (such as Slack, GitHub issues, Notion, or Linear).
