Key Responsibilities
Digital Content Generation: Conceptualize, wireframe, and design engaging social media assets, marketing grids, static banners, and animated reels aligned with our corporate identity.
Campaign Visual Engineering: Architect tailored aesthetic themes and visual elements for national mental health campaigns, community workshops, and public awareness initiatives.
Cross-Functional Design Sync: Partner closely with internal creative writing and media production groups to transform conceptual strategy briefs into high-impact visual narratives.
Brand Asset Governance: Maintain absolute aesthetic consistency, modern layout proportions, and visual quality across all active distribution networks and operational platforms.
Experience & Qualifications
Artistic Composition Acumen: Strong innate design sense featuring a solid foundational understanding of technical typography, harmonious color theory, grid balance, and visual storytelling mechanics.
Remote Workflow Autonomy: Proven history of operating productively within a distributed team setting, demonstrating advanced time management skills to satisfy deadlines independently.
Industry Alignment: A deep personal or professional interest in social impact initiatives, community empowerment projects, or psychological wellness communications.
Ecosystem Diversity: An active interest in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) paradigms aimed at systematically optimizing consumer digital touchpoints.
Technical Skills Required
- Core operational literacy across Adobe Creative Suite systems, specifically Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with rapid cloud prototyping platforms such as Canva for fast-turnaround marketing collateral.
- Basic understanding of digital display ratios, file compressions, and multi-platform graphic delivery setups.
- Foundational knowledge of digital layout design and automated canvas exporting workflows.
