Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & TAM Analysis: Break down complicated market trends to spot new customer growth opportunities and tap into business potential, using thorough Total Addressable Market analysis.
Investment & ROI Optimization: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to track investments and deliver data-driven recommendations that boost Return on Investment (ROI).
Performance Architecture: Design and keep up Power BI dashboards to monitor product pricing changes across retailer sites and keep an eye on weekly digital marketing activities.
Weekly Reporting Rhythm: Oversee the reporting process for crucial metrics—like M365 device attach rates, Cloud Mix ratios, and Gross Adds (Net New Customers).
Promotional Strategy & Incentives: Help territory managers with promo plans, use spending trackers, and align M365 offers with Windows category maps across EMEA.
Executive Communication: Run monthly insight meetings and executive visits by creating strong presentations and leading weekly performance update calls.
Experience & Qualifications
Professional Background: 2 to 5 years’ experience in Category Management, Marketing, or Sales—ideally within consumer electronics or consumables.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related quantitative field, or similar hands-on experience.
Financial Acumen: Solid financial skills and an ability to link data points with commercial results and investment plans.
Stakeholder Management: Comfortable sharing complex business insights with both internal and external stakeholders at any level.
Technical Skills Required
High-level skills with Power BI for data visualization and tracking weekly performance.
Expert in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and tracking promotional spending.
Experience with CRM systems and programmatic funding reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills in identifying market trends and analyzing pricing changes.
