Key Responsibilities
Operational Management Support: Partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house workflows, ensuring complete store efficiency and compliance with brand rules.
Sales Strategy Execution: Support the deployment of regional sales strategies to meet or surpass monthly store revenue milestones while evaluating consumer traffic trends to find growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Coaching: Guide, motivate, and train a dedicated team of customer-oriented associates, maintaining a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace environment.
Premium Customer Service: Secure exceptional brand service standards across the sales floor, stepping in to resolve complex client inquiries or concerns with absolute professionalism.
Inventory & Stock Oversight: Assist in managing inventory lifecycles, organizing incoming freight shipments, auditing stock counts, and keeping the stockroom meticulously arranged.
Visual Merchandising Compliance: Collaborate on storefront layout changes and product displays to guarantee perfect visual appeal and strict adherence to global corporate guidelines.
Administrative Operations: Deliver back-office administrative assistance, monitoring payroll hours, tracking labor budgets, and reinforcing regional loss-prevention and safety metrics.
Experience & Qualifications
Retail Management History: Proven professional background acting as an Assistant Store Manager, Keyholder, Shift Supervisor, or Senior Client Advisor within a fast-paced retail apparel or premium consumer goods setting.
Sales and Target Driven: Demonstrated history working in target-driven environments, tracking core retail metrics like Conversion Rates, Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Transaction Value (ATV).
Team Development Capabilities: Strong experience coaching floor staff, tracking performance trends, and motivating team members to reach group sales benchmarks.
Problem-Solving Aptitude: A proactive problem-solver equipped with the strong interpersonal and communication skills required to coordinate smoothly with retail guests and corporate partners.
Technical Skills Required
Functional familiarity navigating retail Point of Sale (POS) environments and modern cash-wrap management interfaces.
Experience utilizing localized inventory control software and enterprise resource tracking tools.
Proficiency in the core Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel spreadsheets for metric tracking).
Understanding of standard retail scheduling software configurations and data logging structures.
