Job Summary and Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll manage safety reporting schemes and occurrence reporting systems. Your job isn’t just about monitoring, you’ll play a key part in risk assessment and management too.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Management: Start internal investigations and safety reporting schemes, and follow up on them.
Risk Mitigation: Identify hazards and lead action plans to reduce risks.
Audit and Compliance: Manage and perform both quality system audits and supplier audits.
Training: Conduct in-house training sessions and use feedback from maintenance incidents to improve the training program.
Liaison: Stay in touch with customers and regulators on quality-related issues.
Reporting: Provide periodic safety performance reports to the safety review board and keep up with documentation.
Investigation: Work with the engineering team to find out why rejects happen and focus on fixing those issues.
Qualifications and Skills
