Job Summary


dRofus is looking for an experienced Sales Executive for Singapore and Southeast Asia. Your main job is to bring on new clients, especially owners and operators of infrastructure projects, and grow the business. 


This is a full-time role where you’ll play a big part in the company’s growth, working with the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) model. You’ll be promoting dRofus technology in some of Singapore’s major projects.



Key Responsibilities


As a Sales Executive, your role will be both strategic and hands-on:


Market Expansion: Develop and execute a sales plan to grow dRofus adoption in Singapore and Southeast Asia.


Lead Generation: Find new opportunities with big government agencies, consultants, and key stakeholders in the airport and healthcare sectors.


Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle everything yourself—from prospecting, to negotiation, to closing the deal.


Internal Collaboration: Work with technical consultants and marketing teams to offer solutions that fit client needs.


Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the dRofus software suite, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and data workflows.


Market Insights: Use emerging market trends and client feedback to guide business strategy.



Experience & Qualifications


The company is looking for a professional who meets the following requirements:


Experience: You need at least 5 years of experience in SaaS or enterprise software sales.


Sector Knowledge: A background in AECO, construction tech, or asset management is a big plus.


Complex Sales: Past success managing long and challenging sales cycles with enterprise or public sector clients.


BIM Knowledge: Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling or data management systems will be very useful.


Educational Background: A degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or extensive experience in a related field.
