We’re looking for an Account Executive who can build new partnerships with hospitals and clinics across America. 


In this role, you’ll lead outbound sales and introduce our innovative AI technology to healthcare professionals.

Salary, Location, and Employment Type


In sales roles, compensation and work location are the most important deciding factors. Here are the details for this job:


Job Location: Remote (U.S. based; NYC preferred)


Compensation Range: $86,000 - $108,000 (On Target Earnings: Salary + Commission)


Employment Type: Full-time


Rest & Time Off: Includes 22 paid vacation days and personal days.



Job Summary and Responsibilities


As an Account Executive, you’ll be the face of AMBOSS, building strong relationships with hospitals and clinics throughout North America. You won’t just be selling, you’ll explain the value of our platform through excellent storytelling.



Key Responsibilities


Strategic Sales: Develop relationships with key stakeholders at hospitals and clinics across North America and win their trust.


Product Presentations: Lead engaging product demos and presentations so people can see the power of AMBOSS for themselves.


Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to make our sales strategies even stronger.


Field Insights: Share valuable feedback from the market with the company to improve our product and go-to-market plans.


Represent AMBOSS: Attend major conferences and academic events to boost brand awareness and build credibility.


Track & Improve: Keep records of your sales activities and work with the team to keep getting better.


Qualifications and Skills


We’re searching for candidates who have solid sales experience and understand the healthcare sector.


Sales Mastery: Proven outbound sales experience and background in hospital partnerships.


Communication: Strong storytelling and presentation skills—you can explain complex medical tools simply.


Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to perform well in a fast-changing environment.


Strategic Thinking: Use CRM tools and data analytics to create targeted sales strategies.


Mission Driven: Passionate about improving healthcare and education.
