Key Responsibilities
Product Validation: Validate new defence products in the market and coordinate with end-users (MODs, SOCOM).
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop complete plans to launch new products and deliver them to NATO allies.
Portfolio Operations: Streamline daily operations across various products and projects.
CEO Support: Take operational work off the founding team so they can focus on big-picture strategy.
Execution Excellence: Ensure every project finishes on time and meets quality standards.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain professional relationships with Ministries of Defence and partner nations.
Experience & Qualifications
Industry Knowledge: Passion for or experience in the defence technology or dual-use product sector.
Operations Background: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in operations management or GTM roles.
Startup Mindset: Ability to work in a venture ecosystem and handle fast-changing situations.
Strategic Thinking: Skill in breaking complex projects into manageable steps and executing them.
Language: Full proficiency in English required (German is a plus).
