Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, orchestrate, and take end-to-end operational ownership of the multi-billion-dollar Manhattan Jail construction lifecycle from strategic initiation through to absolute completion.
  • Oversee and optimize complex project parameters including grand-scale structural scopes, strict delivery schedules, million-dollar allocation budgets, and client-satisfaction indicators.
  • Direct day-to-day on-site cross-functional coordination involving internal engineering units, multi-tier subcontractors, specialized architectural consultants, and material suppliers.
  • Enforce rigorous job site safety protocols, zero-tolerance hazard monitoring, and strict compliance with municipal building codes and state regulatory infrastructure standards.
  • Conduct regular high-level progress reviews, evaluate material flow logs, resolve field-level resource bottlenecks, and report project metrics directly to executive leadership panels.


Experience & Qualifications


  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive, proven project management experience specifically leading high-value commercial, institutional, or complex public building construction developments.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful structural execution on high-density urban mega-projects ($100M+ value brackets) with highly technical foundations or logistical constraints.
  • Deep professional background managing extensive sub-contractor networks and resolving multifaceted design-build conflicts under strict timelines.
  • Must be legally authorized to maintain permanent employment within the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a matching technical discipline.


Technical Skills Required


Deep command over construction management software architectures, high-level scheduling frameworks (e.g., Primavera P6), and technical blueprint interpretation.

Advanced structural understanding of mixed-use civil projects, below-grade parking engineering, and large-scale public facility safety specifications.

Expert proficiency utilizing enterprise-grade budgeting software, cost estimation matrix modeling, and supply chain tracking solutions.

Thorough structural knowledge of NYC building department rules, OSHA guidelines, and public-sector contract administrative workflows.
