Conceptualize and execute high-quality motion graphics, animated overlays, text animations, and seamless scene transitions.
Apply cinematic color grading, advanced sound design, audio leveling, and pacing techniques designed to maximize audience retention.
Integrate cutting-edge AI software into daily post-production workflows to accelerate subtitle generation, voice enhancement, motion tracking, and content ideas.
Collaborate directly with creative strategists, scriptwriters, and media managers to meet strict publishing schedules and maintain visual brand consistency.
Experience & Qualifications
1 to 3 years of verifiable professional experience in post-production video editing and visual content creation.
Demonstrated understanding of contemporary social media trends, viral hook frameworks, and YouTube audience retention strategies.
Proven ability to handle multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven studio setup.
Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and team-based collaboration skills.
Must be able to work full-time on-site at the DHA Phase 6 studio in Lahore.
Technical Skills Required
Expert command of industry-standard post-production suites: Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Practical mastery of AI-powered video, audio, and content generation tools (e.g., Runway, ElevenLabs, Descript, ChatGPT, and Adobe Sensei / AI features).
Hands-on proficiency in keyframe animation, motion graphics rendering, kinetic typography, and green screen/chroma key composition.
Solid grasp of digital media formats, multi-platform aspect ratio exports, bitrate optimization, and project file archival protocols.
