Key Responsibilities
Complete an intensive, structured 5-month leadership development curriculum designed to transition trainees into fully autonomous front-line Operations Managers.
Conduct extensive daily field operations, engaging directly with front-line employees, drivers, and fleet technicians to optimize localized service routes.
Partner with technical staff and commercial drivers to coach best practices, improve workplace safety frameworks, and elevate day-to-day job skills.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional district leadership, including Fleet, Sales, and Operations Improvement Managers, to master full-site operations.
Drive operational profitability, implement asset efficiency metrics, minimize resource waste, and maintain peak customer satisfaction levels.
Enforce absolute alignment with Department of Transportation (DOT) mandates, OSHA compliance benchmarks, and corporate safety policies.
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or in lieu of a degree, a High School Diploma/GED combined with two (2) years of relevant professional work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional, relevant work experience in an operational, logistics, leadership, or customer-facing environment.
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to maintain employment within the United States.
Possess a valid Driver’s License upon hire and maintain an immaculate, clean driving record throughout the duration of employment.
Absolute geographic flexibility and willingness to relocate within the regional market area (Texas and Oklahoma) upon program completion.
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency utilizing enterprise routing, logistics dispatch systems, and digital fleet tracking applications.
Practical understanding of performance management software and data tools used to monitor financial profitability.
Familiarity with regulatory documentation frameworks governed by DOT and OSHA safety management systems.
Basic computer literacy, including standard office productivity suites, digital reporting systems, and corporate communication applications.
