Key Responsibilities


Conduct comprehensive telephonic, email, bank statement, and physical cross-verifications in accordance with credit policies and internal risk standards.


Maintain an error-free Management Information System (MIS) for tracking inward and outward documents received from regional hubs.


Draft, compile, and upload highly accurate daily physical verification reports under fixed Turn Around Time (TAT) metrics.


Ensure absolute alignment with Departmental Operation Instructions (DOIs), Group credit policies, and State Bank of Pakistan regulatory directives.


Manage secure operations within Archival & Vault Management to achieve optimal asset security, resource efficiency, and cost control.


Design and implement targeted operational action plans to continuously improve processing controls, mitigate security risks, and address customer complaints.



Experience & Qualifications


Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in credit verification, fraud control, or banking operations within a commercial banking environment.


Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, risk management, and central bank reporting practices.


Track record of managing secure document archival procedures and complex operational workflows seamlessly.


Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities to minimize customer attrition and coordinate with audit units.


High school diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.



Technical Skills Required


High proficiency in data entry structures and specialized Management Information Systems (MIS).


Experience with automated banking applications, verification workflow platforms, and database tracking software.


Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically advanced spreadsheet management in Excel.


Familiarity with risk assessment models, core compliance validation parameters, and internal audit software systems.
