Key Responsibilities


Workplace Vibe & Operations: Turn our Singapore headquarters into an inspiring, functional space that people love coming to every day, managing everything from office design layouts to the intentional selection of daily essentials and snacks.


End-to-End Event Coordination: Plan, source, and flawlessly execute corporate and community events, managing live timelines, venue setup, and attendee coordination.


Logistics & Vendor Management: Direct local supplier pipelines, negotiate with food and beverage catering vendors, handle material logistics, and manage day-of delivery schedules.


Budget Tracking & Timelines: Manage localized budgets for office overhead and specific event briefs, ensuring cost-effective allocation without sacrificing premium experiences.


Chaos Mitigation: Act as the primary on-site problem solver, stepping in to fix logistical hiccups, technical adjustments, and sudden changes with a positive attitude.



Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience managing office spaces, co-working facilities, front-of-house hospitality operations, or coordinating fast-paced events.
  • Exceptional hospitality-driven mindset with a natural eye for what makes a physical environment feel clean, welcoming, and high-energy.
  • Outstanding organizational habits, showing a clear ability to track multiple vendor timelines and budget spreadsheets simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse internal teams, creators, and executive guests.
  • Highly resourceful, resilient, and adaptive when handling last-minute production and event logistics chaos.



Technical Skills Required


Operational Software: Familiarity with administrative workplace software, basic accounting or expense tracking trackers, and standard communication pipelines (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack).


Project Tracking Tools: Understanding of basic task management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday.com, or Asana) to manage event checklist workflows.
