Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management: Oversee all daily functions of the warehouse facility, ensuring streamlined processes for receiving, storing, sorting, and shipping goods.
Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock and inventory control measures to ensure an efficient, smooth flow of products tailored for fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment.
Team Supervision: Lead, manage, and motivate warehouse staff, optimizing productivity and assigning daily operational duties.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols, equipment handling guidelines, and general regulatory compliance.
Process Optimization: Implement robust inventory procedures and strategic warehouse workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance operational excellence.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Proven track record in a warehouse management role, ideally within an e-commerce, logistics, or dropshipping supply chain environment.
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is preferred.
Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage warehouse personnel and operations effectively.
Problem-Solving: Excellent logistical problem-solving abilities with a highly organized approach to space management and order fulfillment.
Technical Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge of Stock Control and Inventory Management systems.
- Deep understanding of Operations Management principles tailored for high-volume supply chains.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and automated warehouse equipment handling frameworks.
- Proficiency in utilizing digital inventory tracking software and warehouse management tools (WMS).
