Key Responsibilities


Tier-3 Technical Support: Provide high-tier, specialized B2B technical support, advanced system configuration guidance, and deep-dive application troubleshooting for clients interacting with the Sumsub API and verification engine.


Problem Analysis: Execute thorough root-cause technical analysis on complex, multi-layered product issues and construct definitive, logical execution paths for system remediation.


Engineering Escalation: Interface daily with internal product developers and core systems engineers to transfer technical action plans, debug code blocks, and seamlessly manage cases requiring code-level escalation.


Client Liaison: Act as the primary high-visibility technical bridge between enterprise clients and internal product engineering units, translating technical documentation into clear business language.


Omnichannel Support: Maintain communication channels with corporate engineering contacts using direct chat networks, formal electronic mail infrastructure, and targeted outbound diagnostic calls.


Custom Code Scripting: Program, test, and deploy bespoke client-side configurations or automated technical workflows utilizing lightweight scripting languages.



Experience & Qualifications


B2B Engineering Support: Proven professional background functioning in an L3, Tier-3, or Core Technical Support Engineering capacity servicing global corporate enterprise clients.


API Integration Pedigree: Practical background diagnosing software-as-a-service (SaaS) environments, third-party API communication, webhook patterns, and system network requests.


Analytical Reasoning: Superior logic-driven diagnostic capabilities with a proven history of investigating system logs and engineering-level stack traces.


Communication Agility: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, equipped to manage high-pressure priority incidents and interface with client-side CTOs or developers.


Fast-Paced Adaptability: Strong desire to learn advanced compliance frameworks, fraud patterns, and biometric identity structures in a fast-growing tech space.



Technical Skills Required


Proficiency in code reading, debugging, or custom scripting using languages like JavaScript, Python, or bash.


Deep knowledge of web architectures, including RESTful APIs, JSON payloads, HTTP status configurations, and SDK implementation layers.


Solid familiarity with diagnostic tooling, such as browser developer tools, Postman API testers, and log aggregation infrastructure (e.g., Kibana, Datadog).


Foundational understanding of identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC) / Know Your Business (KYB) data schemas, and digital compliance standards.
