Key Responsibilities


High-Volume Job Application Management: Find, assess, and efficiently apply to all fitting tech contract roles on top portals like Monster, TechFetch, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn each day.


Profile Search Engine Optimization: Use advanced boolean searches, keyphrase targeting, and strategic tracking tools to keep consultants’ profiles ranked at the top in vendor searches.


Traction & Pipeline Sourcing: Take charge of all vendor responses, track inbound inquiries, and create direct paths for incoming resource requests.


Independent Cycle Delivery: Handle high-volume transactional work on your own, under a streamlined management structure, all while staying on top of daily targets.



Experience & Qualifications


Educational Background: At least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional recruiting experience; a degree in technology or business is a strong plus.


Sourcing Pedigree: Minimum one year’s hands-on experience with global B2B sourcing tools or specialized tech recruiting channels.


Proactive Work Ethic: Very self-driven, proactive, and able to manage time-sensitive data entry with great attention to detail.


Interpersonal Alignment: Excellent communication and teamwork skills for seamless coordination with internal account managers and regional partners.



Technical Skills Required


Fluent in using major global job boards (TechFetch, Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter).


Strong background in boolean search, resume SEO, and corporate keywords targeting.


High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, advanced Excel filters, PowerPoint) and secure cloud-sharing systems.


Basic experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM ledgers, and marketing tools for candidates.
