Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Growth Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive organic search growth frameworks, performing in-depth keyword, competitor, and semantic content gap analyses.
Advanced On-Page Optimization: Architecture structured topic clusters and internal linking networks to build topical authority across feature, landing, and blog content systems.
Scalable Programmatic SEO (pSEO): Identify scalable organic acquisition opportunities, building large-scale landing page configurations using structured datasets and optimized landing templates.
Technical Infrastructure Auditing: Conduct exhaustive technical site audits to improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing loops, internal redirect logic, canonical frameworks, and schema markups.
AEO & GEO Engineering: Optimize content blocks for Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, and semantic answer discovery engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
CMS & Platform Administration: Manage and maintain website content layouts across WordPress, Framer, Webflow, and Shopify, managing plugin states and updating elements independently.
Off-Page Authority Campaigns: Execute scalable, white-hat link-building strategies and digital PR campaigns to acquire premium backlinks and enhance core domain authority.
Analytics & Data Reporting: Track and aggregate performance analytics using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to draft comprehensive monthly organic growth reports.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of verified, hands-on professional experience delivering measurable traffic growth inside an agency, SaaS company, or corporate tech infrastructure.
- Deep analytical and problem-solving habits, with the ability to turn search datasets into actionable content briefs and structural performance improvements.
- Strong collaborative communication traits, capable of interfacing across development teams, copywriting divisions, and executive stakeholders smoothly.
- Evolving Tech Adaptability: Proven willingness to learn, adapt, and build workflows around emerging search technologies, entity-based search algorithms, and semantic retrieval networks.
- Academic Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or equivalent practical experience in organic web growth.
Technical Skills Required
Search Engine Analytics Toolsets: Advanced operational proficiency using Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and technical site crawlers like Screaming Frog.
Web Platform & CMS Competency: Practical experience configuring, publishing, and modifying functional web layouts inside WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or Framer ecosystem frameworks.
Structured Data & Code Mechanics: Working knowledge of XML sitemaps, robots.txt, schema markup syntax, and semantic entity mapping, with a preferred basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
