Key Responsibilities


ATS Architecture & Governance: Own the day-to-day administration, user provisioning, and continuous functional improvement of enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or Ashby) to guarantee clear, reliable, and consistent hiring workflows.


Talent Project Leadership: Drive complex talent operations initiatives from conceptual kickoff through final system launch, managing stakeholder alignment, resource allocation, timelines, and measurable success metrics.


Process Optimization & Efficiency: Design, map, and refine internal recruiting workflows to eliminate operational friction for hiring managers while supporting an empathetic, high-caliber candidate experience.


Cross-Functional System Integration: Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and IT to align connected HR information networks—specifically integrating Dayforce modules with upstream recruiting platforms.


Data-Driven Analysis: Leverage recruitment analytics, system logs, and qualitative feedback loops to diagnose hiring funnel bottlenecks, quantify operational impact, and execute agile system iterations.


Emerging Tech Exploration: Evaluate and thoughtfully implement advanced automation architectures and generative AI tools within the recruitment lifecycle to streamline high-volume pipelines and improve data accuracy.



Experience & Qualifications


Talent Operations Expertise: Proven professional track record acting as a Talent Operations Specialist, Recruiting Coordinator Team Lead, or People Systems Analyst within a fast-growing corporate environment.


ATS Power-User Foundations: Hands-on command managing configuration, custom fields, interview plans, and dashboard reporting inside Ashby or Greenhouse architectures.


Structured Project Management: Demonstrated history utilizing agile project management tools, software frameworks, and clear methodology documentation to launch cross-departmental HR software initiatives.


HRIS Systems Familiarity: Prior experience or core technical exposure working with enterprise-level human resource information systems (specifically Dayforce or similar cloud payroll/core HR systems) to manage downstream candidate data flows.



Technical Skills Required


  • Expert configuration capabilities in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby, Greenhouse, or equivalent enterprise-grade ATS platforms).
  • Proficiency in core Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) architectures, with focused exposure to Dayforce environments.
  • Skill in using project coordination platforms (such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Notion) to map cross-functional operational blueprints.
  • Competence in prompt engineering and generative AI integrations applied securely within talent matching or sourcing optimization parameters.
