Company Overview

We run a cutting-edge AI training and alignment platform focused on teaching large language models (LLMs) how to reason, tackle complex formulas, and handle highly specialized technical subjects.

By partnering with top names in artificial intelligence, we link domain experts with advanced reinforcement learning workflows.

We’re convinced that human intelligence is essential for accurate, safe machine learning, and we’re growing our remote engineering team to boost frontier models’ logical reasoning.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Data Generation: Write high-quality, real-life mechanical engineering prompts, tough problems, and detailed technical solutions to build up AI datasets.

Causal & Technical Review: Critique, score, and polish AI-generated answers, checking them for flawless math, proper physical laws, and solid engineering logic.

Complex Data Extraction: Scan dense engineering documents, blueprints, and research papers to hunt down clear structural parameters, material constants, and thermodynamic formulas.

Detailed Evaluation Feedback: Give deep, written explanations breaking down why a model’s reasoning succeeds or fails, focusing on clarity and technical precision.

Cross-Disciplinary Alignment: Work asynchronously with data scientists and peer engineering reviewers to keep dataset quality high, making sure everything hits strict training standards.

Experience & Qualifications

Solid, proven grasp of key mechanical engineering ideas, principles, and real-world system designs.

Strong technical writing and English skills, able to explain tricky mechanical failures or calculations in plain language.

Good analytical problem-solving instincts, comfortable reverse-engineering math or creating challenging conceptual problems.

High attention to detail, ready to do thorough quality checks on technical data.

No prior AI experience needed. Your expertise in core engineering fields is what matters most.

Academic Baseline: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or advanced ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related quantitative field.

Technical Skills Required

Domain Frameworks: Real-world command of classic mechanical core areas—thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, structural analysis, statics/dynamics, and material sciences.

Digital Workspaces: Confident using remote web platforms, markdown formatting, online submission forms, and basic collaborative cloud tools.
