Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering Facilitation: Lead cross-functional requirement discovery sessions connecting Business Operations, Functional Leads, IT, Security, Compliance, and external clients.
Agile Documentation Architecture: Translate complex business rules and process flows into actionable User Stories, System Process Flows, Wireframe Designs, and Report Designs using specialized tools.
Data Mapping & Integration: Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) that structurally map data fields between source and target systems, and translate use cases into API capabilities.
Process Engineering Diagramming: Design highly detailed current-state and future-state Business, Operations, and System Process diagrams to optimize active initiatives.
Cross-Functional Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a core engineering and operational liaison across pharmacy, sales, marketing, compliance, legal, and security departments.
Project Scope & Risk Control: Proactively monitor active project queues to identify potential changes in scope, mitigate operational risks, and devise functional contingency plans.
Post-Deployment Hypercare: Support product lifecycles through post-deployment hypercare phases, research project-related issues, and draft comprehensive user manuals, work instructions, and progress reports.
Mentorship & Governance: Provide structured supervision, onboarding guidance, and professional mentoring to junior Business Analysts within the department.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven professional background operating as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or technical consultant within a structured corporate or healthcare environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication traits, showing comfort presenting proposals, reports, and technical definitions to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and abstract thinking capabilities to manage multiple concurrent projects of moderate or complex scope simultaneously.
- Demonstrated flexibility and open-mindedness, with a deep alignment toward collaborative project delivery frameworks and client delight.
- Schedule Flexibility: Open to working a standard 40-hour week (Monday through Friday) with a willingness to support occasional night or weekend product deployments.
Technical Skills Required
Agile Management Ecosystems: Advanced proficiency navigating project management repositories and tracking systems (such as JIRA and Azure DevOps).
Collaborative Mapping Infrastructure: Competency designing workflows, architecture boards, and data maps using digital whiteboarding platforms (such as Miro, Visio, and Confluence).
System Integration Logic: Solid foundational understanding of application programming interface (API) mechanics, data schemas, and modern cloud deployment frameworks.
