Key Responsibilities
Requirements Synthesis: Work closely with corporate clients and internal cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and map out complex business workflows.
Solution Engineering: Design, build, and launch scalable, high-performance AI and software solutions that sync up with each client’s strategic goals.
Full Lifecycle Development: Get involved in every stage—system architecture, writing code, thorough testing, and rolling out stable production deployments.
Platform Mentorship: Offer technical guidance, review code, and mentor junior members of the development team.
System Optimization: Quickly troubleshoot, isolate, and fix technical issues or platform bugs to minimize any project disruptions.
Strategic Advisory: Build lasting relationships with enterprise partners, understanding their business challenges and delivering expert technical advice.
Architecture Documentation: Write clean technical specs, infrastructure diagrams, user guides, and project reports so information is shared and documented.
Experience & Qualifications
Software Engineering Background: Solid, hands-on experience in full lifecycle software development, IT consulting, or delivering architecture solutions in an agile environment.
Emerging Tech Proficiency: Proven experience with emerging technologies—especially machine learning, AI frameworks, or blockchain.
Client Relationship Management: Strong analytical skills paired with great interpersonal abilities to set client expectations and align technology outcomes with business needs.
Agile Adaptability: Proactive and quick to adjust, with a history of hitting delivery deadlines during continuous integration sprints.
Educational Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar technical field (Master’s degree or related certifications are strongly preferred).
Technical Skills Required
AI/ML Scripting Engines: Comfortable with programming languages and math frameworks used for artificial intelligence projects.
Cloud Computing Architectures: Practical experience deploying solutions across platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Enterprise Solution Architecture: Strong understanding of scalable microservices, relational or vector databases, and secure API data streaming.
