Key Responsibilities


Inspection & Quality Testing: Help with daily checks and tests of raw materials, production parts, and finished metal closures to make sure everything meets internal standards and client requirements.


Data Recording & Analysis: Run routine lab tests, record structural quality data, handle basic statistics, and pull together detailed production reports.


Defect Escalation: Spot and report product defects, non-conformities, or deviations quickly to shop floor supervisors and engineering teams.


Root-Cause Analysis: Assist with root-cause investigations for quality problems and help put corrective and preventive actions in place.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, and core quality teams to drive continuous improvement and keep lab and shop floor safety and housekeeping standards on track.


Documentation Maintenance: Write, organize, and archive technical documents, following international quality assurance policies and audit rules.



Experience & Qualifications


Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical engineering area, or relevant industrial experience.


Industrial Background: Previous experience in a busy manufacturing or packaging environment—ideally with metals, coatings, or similar processing—is a strong advantage.


Analytical Capability: Able to record data accurately, interpret basic production metrics, and use logic-based problem-solving in lab settings.


Operational Flexibility: High attention to detail, reliability in following strict technical instructions, and readiness to work onsite in an industrial setup with rotating or extended shifts.


Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting test results and collaborating with various floor teams.



Technical Skills Required


Basic understanding of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) inspection methods.


Hands-on lab skills, including using testing equipment, micrometers, gauges, and material stress testers.


Basic computer skills, especially with MS Excel and Word, for data entry, statistical logs, and reporting.


Familiarity with industrial safety, hazard communication, and lab chemical handling procedures.
