Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Lifecycles: Own the entire process—strategize, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and execute complex creative productions and big event projects from start to finish.
Timeline & Resource Expediting: Stay on top of master schedules, spot any production slowdowns before they become a problem, and act fast to keep timelines on track.
Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight: Lead all logistics, whether it’s regional or on-site, manage tough transport jobs, shipping times for vendors, asset tracking, and all procurement steps.
Quality Control & Inspection: Do hands-on site inspections, asset checks, and structural reviews to make sure everything we deliver meets strict quality and safety standards.
Stakeholder Synchronization: You’re the go-to person connecting creative directors, technical fabricators, outside subcontractors, and top-level corporate clients.
Experience & Qualifications
4–6+ years managing projects, with must-have experience in creative production, media agencies, or commercial event management.
Strong knowledge of creative building timelines, stage setups, printing processes, and venue rules in the UAE.
Excellent communicator, negotiator, and team player, with a solid track record of leading cross-functional teams, even under pressure.
Great at handling high-pressure changes on-site and solving problems fast, without losing your cool.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Media Production, or a similar field preferred.
Technical Skills Required
Project Frameworks: You know project management systems, timeline tools (like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp), and Gantt charts inside out.
Logistics & Compliance: You’re skilled at managing transport tracking in the region, supply chains, warehouse operations, and local permit checks.
Quality Assurance Audits: You can read blueprints, do visual inspections, and run quality checks with confidence.
