Key Responsibilities


Positioning & Messaging: Support the development of strategic themes and messaging for priority courses and diverse academic audiences.


Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market and competitive research to refine buyer personas and identify campaign opportunities.


Campaign Execution: Create and manage end-to-end email campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and social content within HubSpot.


Sales Enablement: Produce high-impact sales materials, including campaign briefs, one-pagers, objection-handling resources, and sequence messaging.


Content Creation: Develop faculty stories, testimonials, case studies, and short-form video content to provide customer proof.


Go-to-Market Support: Partner with RevOps to ensure effective lead routing, campaign tracking, and visibility into stakeholder engagement.



Experience & Qualifications

Professional Background: 2–4+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, or EdTech demand generation.


Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in higher education, publishing, or learning technology is highly preferred.


Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.


Strategic Thinking: Strong judgment with the ability to translate research findings into practical marketing strategies.


Location Preference: Candidates located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone are preferred.



Technical Skills Required


Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for segmentation and reporting.


Design Tools: Proficiency in creating visual and digital content using tools like Canva.


Content Strategy: Strong technical writing skills to translate product features into meaningful benefits for students and faculty.
