Key Responsibilities
UI Production Delivery: Design clean, thoughtful product user interfaces across brand-new digital features and existing platform components to ensure high usability.
Design System Evolution: Contribute to, maintain, and scale the internal components and operational guidelines of our central design system.
Idea Transformation: Take shaped product ideas and turn them into highly polished, intuitive, and production-ready digital experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely alongside internal product managers and engineering teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure accurate design execution.
Product Discovery Support: Assist in product discovery work, learning how to research, validate, and shape user opportunities before jumping into solutions.
Marketing Design Alignment: Support the marketing division with diverse creative assets, including campaign visual assets, social media content, and email communication graphics.
Experience & Qualifications
- Demonstrated baseline understanding of digital design frameworks, with a sharp visual eye for consistency, clarity, and layout balance.
- Strong attention to detail with an intrinsic care for high visual quality, micro-interactions, and coherent structural details.
- Exceptional willingness to absorb constructive feedback, ask questions, and adapt rapidly inside a high-standard product environment.
- Ambitious, proactive mindset focused on learning how real product decisions get planned, prioritized, and structurally validated.
- Portfolio Requirements: Must provide a portfolio or examples of design work showing evidence of practical exploration, creative practice, or personal projects outside of formal education.
Technical Skills Required
Interface Prototyping Literacy: Foundational familiarity with industry-standard interface design and wireframing software ecosystems (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
Design Architecture Knowledge: Basic grasp of structural design systems, responsive layout flows, typography hierarchies, and scalable UI grids.
Digital Asset Formatting: Competency preparing web-optimized vector graphics, marketing layouts, and standard asset exports for engineering and marketing distribution.
