Key Responsibilities

Cross-Platform Design: Take complete ownership of end-to-end user experience and user interface (UI/UX) design across all mobile and web platforms.

UX Infrastructure: Develop structural wireframes, interactive high-fidelity prototypes, functional UX flows, and detailed user journey maps.

Product Optimization: Conduct regular UX audits to identify friction points and continuously refine usability across existing products.

Asset Creation: Design high-impact app icons, engaging splash screens, and polished app store previews optimized for digital marketplace conversions.

Web Design: Architect high-converting landing pages and clean corporate web application layouts.

Strategic Collaboration: Brainstorm directly with corporate founders and cross-functional teams to translate abstract strategies into fast-moving, elegant software products.

Experience & Qualifications

Sustained Design Background: 1 year or more of verified professional experience operating as a dedicated Product, UI/UX, or Digital Experience Designer.

Cross-Platform Competency: Proven track record designing native applications across both Android and iOS ecosystems alongside responsive web applications.

Time Zone Alignment: Must be fully available and actively working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday).

Visual Identity Bonus: Strong foundational knowledge of branding architecture, typography, and logo design is considered a major plus.

Technical Skills Required

Figma Ecosystem Mastery: Advanced interface prototyping abilities, component library management, and responsive framework rendering inside Figma.

Vector Optimization: Practical proficiency handling Adobe Illustrator for custom iconography, vector modifications, and layout assets.

Design System Knowledge: Understanding of Android Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines to ensure system-native consistency.
