Key Responsibilities
Program Architecture: Architect, build, and operate a value-based partner ecosystem program that rewards technical excellence, community contribution, and revenue.
Infrastructure Management: Own and optimize the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) infrastructure to ensure a frictionless experience for global partners.
Ecosystem Engagement: Support and enable a diverse network of partners ranging from boutique DevSecOps VARs to Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Distributors.
Incentive Design: Strategic design and execution of partner incentives, tier requirements, certification alignments, and services depth frameworks.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product operations to accelerate brand awareness and scale market reach through partner channels.
Experience & Qualifications
Ecosystem Experience: Proven track record in partner program management, channel operations, or alliance management within the B2B SaaS or DevSecOps space.
Operational Execution: Strong experience managing global partner infrastructures, PRM platforms, and value-based ecosystem metrics.
Strategic Communication: Ability to engage effectively with corporate decision-makers at both boutique regional agencies and large global system integrators.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable designing technical tier requirements, measuring performance incentives, and tracking operational data.
Mission Alignment: Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on AI-driven software development models.
Technical Skills Required
Platform Management: Practical proficiency with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portals and enterprise CRM systems.
Program Tracking: Deep execution knowledge of channel metrics, automated compliance tracking, and partner data validation.
Ecosystem Enablement: Structured background aligning technical product updates with channel marketing assets and training documentation.
