Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Meet and assist visitors in the showroom, guiding them as they pick out mobile phones, smart devices, and accessories.
Product Demonstration: Talk through smartphone features, device specs, operating systems, and retail pricing.
Sales Targets Performance: Work to hit sales goals every day and month, using proactive cross-selling techniques to boost revenue.
Promotional Marketing: Highlight ongoing deals, seasonal offers, trade-in campaigns, and new smartphone launches.
Billing Transactions Processing: Make sure checkout billing and electronic payments go smoothly with our point-of-sale terminal.
Showroom Merchandising: Keep stock shelves spotless and set up products displays to catch customers’ eyes.
Inventory Controls Optimization: Watch current stock levels on the floor and let the store manager know when supplies are getting low.
After-Sales Technical Support: Help customers after their purchase with unboxing, basic setup, and troubleshooting.
Experience & Qualifications
You need strong communication skills and a knack for negotiating with shoppers to build lasting relationships.
Bring energy, punctuality, and a customer-first attitude, and be ready to work efficiently in a fast-moving retail setting.
A focus on honesty, accurate money handling, and professional appearance is essential.
Experience Baseline: Prior experience in a mobile phone outlet, retail showroom, electronics store, or a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Academic Minimum: High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent.
Technical Skills Required
Smartphone Technical Literacy: You should understand modern smartphone operating systems (iOS, Android), popular gadgets, and how accessories work.
Point of Sale (POS) Competency: Basic computer skills are needed, including using billing software and receipt entry systems.
Data Recording Fundamentals: You need to log daily sales, track stock sheets, and handle digital inventory reports.
