Key Responsibilities
Expert Mapping: Conduct comprehensive primary research to identify, vet, and engage highly specialized industry professionals for international client projects.
Structured Submissions: Manage and submit profiles of qualified industry experts through the firm’s internal project tracking systems.
Client Coordination: Maintain active communication with the internal global team to align on project requirements, expert sourcing strategies, and market intelligence objectives.
Data Management: Meticulously track research findings, expert availability, and project status within the company’s internal reporting frameworks.
Strategic Outreach: Leverage professional networks and research databases to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified experts across diverse sectors including healthcare, technology, and finance.
Experience & Qualifications
Research Background: 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in market research, professional recruitment, lead generation, or consultative data collection.
Language Proficiency: Comfortable operating in a professional English-speaking environment. Understanding of Urdu/Hindi is required for candidates based outside of Pakistan or India.
Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, or a related discipline.
Professional Standards: Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with a personal computer and high-speed internet.
Candidate Status: Applicants should not be currently enrolled as full-time students or employed in full-time professional roles.
Technical Skills Required
- Proficiency in online research methodologies, boolean search strings, and advanced search engine practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting expert profiles clearly to stakeholders.
- Analytical capability to interpret market data and evaluate the relevance of experts against client project requirements.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and talent identification.
