Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Scheduling: Take charge of complex high-rise construction projects from start to finish, making sure everything sticks to the main construction timeline.

Contractor & Cost Management: Set clear plans for subcontractors working on site, track material use and costs carefully, and keep spending in check at every stage.

Engineering Standards Compliance: Make sure all structural work follows the architectural drawings, technical specs, and contract requirements, and always keep health and safety non-negotiable.

Risk & Obstacle Mitigation: Spot technical problems, site issues, or operational risks right away, and step in to solve them before they stall or stop progress.

Billing & RFI Processing: Smooth contractor workflows by handling Requests for Information (RFIs), clarifying building methods, and processing monthly billing so payments go out on time.

Material & Site Logistics: Predict and secure needed employer-supplied materials, organize storage and site layout, and make sure everything is in place when it’s needed.

Quality & Resource Allocation: Keep workmanship top-notch, make sure contractors have the right manpower, and monitor material usage to stay within strict limits.

Direct experience running large-scale infrastructure projects such as high-rise buildings, multi-level shopping malls, or top-tier hospitality developments.

Strong leadership: you know how to inspire, motivate, and manage teams of technicians, engineers, and laborers, even under pressure.

Excellent active listening and conflict resolution skills to handle disputes, set priorities, and keep everyone on the same page.
