Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership: Oversee end-to-end operational management, strategic planning, allocation, optimization, pacing, and detailed reporting of paid social campaigns geared toward digital commerce.
Omnichannel Social Execution: Create and launch top-tier commerce social activations across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, plus retail media networks like Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
Integrated Media Alignment: Work closely with internal strategy, creative, data analytics, and client teams to design fully unified, commerce-driven media ecosystems.
Performance Analytics & Tracking: Continually audit campaign data against key client business metrics, closely tracking ROAS, conversions, traffic, and engagement.
Client Advisory & Insight: Deliver thorough client-facing performance reports, optimization guidance, strategic media playbooks, and point-of-view papers on emerging retail media channels.
Professional Mentorship: Support and mentor junior team members, helping guide their growth while keeping a collaborative environment company-wide.
Process Automation: Spot operational bottlenecks and introduce process improvements, better workflows, tracking efficiencies, and automation efforts.
Experience & Qualifications
Sustained Paid Social Expertise: At least three years of experience planning, buying, running, and optimizing paid social and/or digital commerce media campaigns.
Commerce-Specific Experience: Preferably managed media budgets across top retail media channels (like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads) as well as on traditional social networks.
Analytical KPI Competency: Strong understanding of full-funnel commerce metrics, conversion optimization techniques, and retail infrastructure strategies.
Client Partnership Skill: Solid ability to build long-term client relationships, help grow accounts organically, and confidently lead business reviews.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, Advertising, or comparable practical professional industry experience.
Technical Skills Required
Paid Social Native Interfaces: Solid experience working in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
Retail Media Network UI: Comfortable working with campaign structures in Amazon Console, Walmart Connect, or Instacart self-serve ad managers.
Data Synthesis Frameworks: Able to track performance dashboards, use spreadsheets for forecasting, and turn data into practical insights.
