Key Responsibilities
Digital Multi-Channel Design: Create high-quality, compelling visual assets and graphic layouts across global social media networks, corporate presentations, and digital marketing funnels.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner directly with program leads and marketing teams to translate complex technical content into clean, engaging, and accessible visual assets.
Brand Fidelity Maintenance: Maintain rigorous visual consistency across all active campaigns, ensuring precise adherence to Zeppelin Labs’ brand guidelines, typography systems, and color palettes.
Asset Optimization & Distribution: Conduct image editing, asset resizing, and digital post-production work to prepare materials for seamless deployment across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and web properties.
File Architecture & Organization: Structurally organize cloud design files, version histories, and raw vector assets within shared team workspace libraries.
Iterative Design Evolution: Incorporate rapid constructive feedback from senior creative mentors and organizational stakeholders to refine drafts across multiple creative iterations.
Experience & Qualifications
Creative Portfolio: Presentation of an updated digital portfolio (comprising academic, personal, or freelance work) that clearly demonstrates a strong foundation in layout, balance, and visual assets.
Conceptual Marketing Alignment: Foundational understanding of digital marketing principles, social media distribution mechanics, and modern corporate branding aesthetics.
Agile Task Execution: Proven capability to take clear directions, incorporate systematic feedback, and manage multiple design tasks simultaneously within a fully remote workspace.
Tech Sector Affinity: A strong curiosity or active interest in learning about emerging software developments, artificial intelligence, and open-source ecosystems; previous design work for tech or educational platforms is a major plus.
Technical Skills Required
- Deep functional proficiency in modern UI/UX and layout design toolsets, specifically specialized inside Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar applications.
- Strong core grasp of technical graphic fundamentals, including structural typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Foundational skills in advanced photo manipulation, vector path creation, and asset exporting optimizations.
- Experience utilizing remote collaborative software networks (such as Slack, Notion, or Trello) for project tracking and communication.
